Round Rock, Texas, March 31, 2006 - New-home sales in Teravista increased 94% in the first quarter of 2006, compared to the same period of 2005. Located in Round Rock, the 1,500-acre residential community reported 74 new-home sales for the first three months of 2006, versus 38 for last year’s first quarter.
